Shipping Policy

Occasionally, delivery may take longer due to unforeseen circumstances, such as:

1. Severe weather conditions;

2. Flight delays;

3. Political disruptions;

4. Other unexpected events.

Please note that we are unable to compensate for any inconvenience caused by delivery delays. Additionally, reverse pickup is not offered by Eaura.

In the rare case that a reverse pickup is arranged by Eaura, the following conditions will apply:

• Reverse pickup will be arranged within two days of communication via email at connect.eaura@gmail.com.

• Eaura will not be responsible for products returned by mistake. If a product not belonging to Eaura is returned by mistake, we will not be liable for its misplacement or return to the customer.

Furthermore, Eaura will not be held liable for any type of credit card fraud. The responsibility for fraudulent use of a credit card rests solely with the user, who must prove otherwise if necessary. Users must exclusively use their own credit card when making purchases on the site.
